Alphalete Athletics CA is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel with original tags attached. Please note that items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Package

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location and ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or store credit within 7-10 business days.
